Banknote printing wastewater of high concentration as a kind of high difficulty in the treatment of refractory organic industrial wastewater,which has complex components,high chroma and strong alkaline characteristics,if simple treatment is discharged to the city in the network,will cause great harm to the environment.Although the existing treatment of banknote printing wastewater at home and abroad research,but for the depth of treatment,has not been studied.This topic according to the water quality characteristics of the stages of the banknote printing wastewater,the advanced treatment process to study,explore the different depth treatment process on the removal effect of banknote printing wastewater and try to establish the model,provide technical support for the actual project.Aiming at the water quality changes greatly,the organic content higher characteristic,to C a plant sewage treatment station of the banknote printing wastewater as test object,establish contact tank test device in the process of A2/O combined ozone aeration biological filter combination process.Using the A2/O method,A2/O method combined with ozone advanced oxidation method and A2/O method combined with ozone-Biological Aerated Filter Technique of banknote printing wastewater deep treatment,effects of dissolved oxygen concentration,reflux ratio,sludge reflux ratio and the dosage of ozone and other factors on the impact of COD,TN,TP and ammonia nitrogen removal.The removal of COD,TN,TP and ammonia,the effluent can meet the "integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB8978-1996)standard.The treatment effect comparison of different methods of banknote printing wastewater,and the operation mode are analyzed.To provide reliable scientific basis for practical application of treatment of banknote printing wastewater in depth by A2/O method combined with ozone BAF process.The results of the pilot phase are as follows:A2/O +O3 +BAF contact tank depth treatment process of dissolved oxygen in the reactor A2/O anaerobic tank<0.5mg/L,anoxic pond dissolved oxygen control in about 1.2mg/L,the dissolved oxygen in aerobic tank is about 3.0mg/L,the mixture reflux ratio is 200%,the sludge reflux ratio is 150%,the ozone dosage was 28g/h,COD and NH3-N in the wastewater can achieve better removal effect.The depth treatment process 24h continuous operation,after a period of linkage operation,showed a strong impact load.Compared with the single combined ozone oxidation method,A2/O method combined with ozone-biological aerated filter can be the depth of the degradation of organic pollutants is not completely out,the removal effect of NH3-N was better than that of ozonation alone,the concentration of COD and NH3-N in the effluent respectively in 30mg/L and 0.5mg/L,fully meet the?environmental quality standards for surface water?(the GB 3838-2002 class IV).The A2/O method combined with ozone-Biological Aerated Filter Technique on plant sewage treatment station HKNPL wastewater treatment,the effluent meets the?integrated wastewater discharge standard?(GB8978-1996),and the effluent quality is stable and good operation effect.
