Due to the particularity and confidentiality during bantnote priting production,increasing the difficulty of banknote printing wastewater treatment.Banknote printing wastewater contains a lot of ink residue,metal ions and complex chemical composition etc.these harmful materials will cause irreparable harm to the environment,if not treated properly.Based on high concentrated organic matter,but poor biochemical of banknote printing wastewater,take the biochemical pool water of banknote printing works in C city as test object,respectively using Fenton oxidation-coagulation and Ozone oxidation-activated carbon adsorption method to reach deep treatment of banknote printing wastewater,to remove CODcr and UV254 of wastewater,the water reach "the surface water environment quality standard"(GB383 8-2002)of claSS IV emission standards.Comparing the treatment effect of the two kinds of methods and analyzing the operation mode.Providing scientific and reliable basis for the practical application of banknote printing wastewater advanced treatment using Fenton-coagulation and Ozone oxidation-activated carbon adsorption method.The main factors that influence the removal of CODcr and UV254 by using of Fenton oxidation-coagulation are made sure.We can draw conclusion that H2O2/Fe2+?pH?dosage of H2O2 and reaction time are important influences.Study on the influence of various factors on the treatment effect,optimal parameters for the test:do not adjust the raw water pH,the dosage of H2O2 0.25mL,H2O2/Fe2+ molar ratiol:1,reaction time 40min,the dosage of Ca(OH)20.24g,the dosage of PAM 1mL.Under this condition,the removal rate of CODcr reached 80.13%,the removal rate of UV254 reached 54.67%,the CODcr average concentration was 19.70mg/L,reached the "environmental quality standard for surface water"(GB3838-2002)IV water standards.This article research the effect of the banknote printing wastewater treatmented by the Ozone oxidation and activated carbon adsorption method.Through orthogonal experiment,preliminary judgment that the important influence factors of the test is the dosage of O3,pH,and reaction time.Study on the influence of various factors on the treatment effect,optimal parameters for the test:to biochemical pond effluent as the test object,do not adjust the raw water pH,Ozone production 6.5g/h(Ozone concentration 30%),reaction time 30min,the dosage of activated carbon is 1g,adsorption time 60min.Under this condition,the removal rate of CODc,reached 79.47%,the removal rate of UV254 reached 65.23%,effluent CODcr average concentration was 20.20mg/L,reached the "environmental quality standard for surface water"(GB383 8-2002)IV water standards.Economic analysis of Fenton oxidation-mixed coagulation and Ozone oxidation-activated carbon adsorption method,the operating cost of Fenton oxidation-mixed coagulation method is 2.823 yuan/10L,the operating cost of activated carbon adsorption method is 0.912 yuan/10L.The banknote printing plant sewage biochemical pool treatment station water treatmented of the Fenton oxidation-mixed coagulation and Ozone oxidation-activated carbon adsorption method are in line with the "environmental quality standard for surface water"(GB3838-2002)IV water standards,the operation cost of Ozone oxidation-activated carbon adsorption method is lower,the water effect is better.
