Southern Xinjiang is China’s important cotton-producing areas,cotton planting industry play an important role in Southern Xinjiang economic development.Plastic mulching technology with its unique function of heat preservation,keep moisture played a key role in cotton production has been widely applied,membrane cotton planting coverage rate of 100%,greatly improve the cotton production.But with the expansion of the effect of fixed number of year and the effect of area,every year there are a large number of plastic sheeting residues in soil,has serious harm on the cotton,cotton fields there is an upward trend in the residual membrane fouling.Predecessors in Southern Xinjiang area less residual membrane pollution survey analysis,therefore,cotton fields in Southern Xinjiang area investigation and analysis research of the current residual membrane pollution becomes very important.Southern Xinjiang area of cotton planting industry mainly consists of various counties and all divisions,respectively on cotton cultivation management.Mulch use in Southern Xinjiang area history data,the survey found collected cotton planting area from 1995 to 2015,the film usage,by linear regression analysis of the Southern Xinjiang area future cotton planting area and the plastic usage tend to rise gradually.Plum blossom sampling method was employed to reinforce the cotton fields of Southern Xinjiang four ground state sampling analysis,and the local agricultural bureau,round field company,cotton farmers are visiting survey,in Southern Xinjiang remnants of membrane pollution data analysis research.The average cotton fields in Southern xinjiang is membrane residues of 225.01kg/hm~2,Kashgar region cotton residual membrane fouling highest276.36kg/hm~2;Remnants of membrane pollution in Hetian area had the lowest levels of 168.72kg/hm~2.Southern Xinjiang cotton each divisions field plastic film residue is 212.49 kg/hm~2,various counties cotton membrane residues of 276.43 kg/hm~2.Because of the different cotton planting management mode,Southern Xinjiang area counties cotton membrane residues to be higher than the city.Residual film are distributed in the 0 to 30cm top layer,the surface has less residual film,accounts for about 6%of the total residual film,0 to 15cm top layer membrane residues in most,accounts for about 68%by weight of the residual film;Residual membrane area is greater than 25cm~2 volume accounts for less,but in the residual film weight proportion is higher,about 69%of total weight residual film,membrane area is less than the number of 4cm~2 but low on the residual amount of membrane,accounts for only 6%of the total residual film.In addition,the residual film broken degree related to natural factors and human factors,due to the fields of soil properties,and residual film laminating cycle recovery way and so on reasons,led to the residual membrane fouling degree than Southern Xinjiang area of Northern Xinjiang.According to Changrong Yan the farmers’daily about the residual evaluation system division,the main factors of membrane fouling combining previous research theory,and the data measured in field experiments,as a result,work out the remnants of membrane pollution levels,the amount of residual film is less than 105 kg/hm~2 for light pollution;105-225kg/hm~2 is moderate pollution;225-300 kg/hm~2 severe pollution;More than 300 kg/hm~2 to a major pollution,Southern xinjiang cotton area residual film average of 225.01 kg/hm~2,belong to the heavily polluted area,the mid-term Aksu,Mongolian autonomous prefecture.Kashgar area pollution is relatively serious,Hotan region of 178.23 kg/hm~2,pollution lighter belongs to high levels of pollution.Cotton residual membrane pollution control is the important problems facing the Southern xinjiang region,to standardize mulch production standards,perfect market supervision system,research and development,effective residual film recycling machine,to promote effective and membrane recovery methods,the research and application of degradable plastic sheeting,enhance farmers’environmental awareness,to the membrane pollution effectively.
