At present,the problem of residual film pollution in Xinjiang cotton field is increasingly serious.The problem of residual film pollution and effective recovery has become a key issue in the sustainable development of agriculture in Xinjiang.However,the determination of residual film in cotton field lacks rapid and accurate technical means to realize the measurement.This paper mainly studied the current situation of mulching film residue in the cotton field of southern Xinjiang,compared the current research methods of residual film amount in the cotton field,and proposed an image recognition method,and designed an automatic recognition of the weight of white broken film in the cotton field soil after spring plowing and automatic data analysis system.The system design based on Lab VIEW software platform,has realized the image recognition,image processing,the residual film calculating at an organic whole,and the final design of the software can be installed within the entity industrial control box use,simple operation.(1)The distribution of residual film in each soil layer was analyzed after artificial sampling of 30 cotton fields with different plastic film mulching years in 10 locations in southern Xinjiang.The plastic film mulching years had a great influence on the quality of residual film in soil.The quality of residual film in each layer of soil increased with the increase of plastic film mulching years.Because cotton fields have to go through spring ploughing,winter irrigation,spring irrigation and surface residual film recovery machine recovery operations,so that the surface film residual less;The average residual film mass was19.882g/m2.The average mass of residual film at the surface,0-10 cm,10-20 cm and 20-30 cm was1.565g/m2,7.209g/m2,6.212g/m2 and 4.894g/m2,respectively,accounting for 7.873%,36.26%,31.244%and 24.622% of the total average mass,respectively.(2)The degree of residual film breakage decreases with the increase of coated years.The degree of residual film breakage for 1-10 years is 0.6981,0.6237,0.6094,0.5933,0.5722,0.5146,0.5125,0.4899,0.4889,0.4832,respectively.For artificial samples for the cotton fields of different fixed number of year of the coated surface fitting method for function and overall quality of the residual film,fitting the R square after all above 0.7,the effect of 1 year cotton surface residual film quality and residual film total quality of the fit of the fitting function is relatively low,at 71.6%,the optimal fitting of the rest of the effect of fixed number of year more than 90%;After the factor of mulching years is excluded,the best fitting effect can reach 94.19% by function fitting for the 30 cotton fields in the selected area as a whole.(3)Cotton film residue prediction system based on Lab VIEW system design,including: the front panel,the image reading module,binarization module,the closure operation module,calculation module and data output module,and through the test of cotton membrane residues to predict system performance testing,its average response speed can reach 7.22 s;The average measuring accuracy of surface film residue was 87.673%.The average measuring accuracy of mulching film residue per unit area of cotton field was 81.032%. |
