Along with the development of manufacturing industry,contribute to the advantage of high speed,efficiency and precision processing in drilling,boring,and milling,NC machines center is the most widely used equipment in the world.The complete performance of the machine is affected by the static and dynamic structure,which is of huge significance to improve the design quality of the machine based on the static and dynamic performance analysis.The analysis and research on the static and dynamic characteristics of machine structure is an important part in the new product development of this industry.In this paper,we study the SMXH1363C vertical cutting machining center,analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of machine and key component in the method of finite element analysis,and optimize the design of structure in the method of BP neutral network to reconstruct the key component.The ma:in contents as follows:(1)The application status and development trend of vertical machining center are summarized.The application of modular design of machine tool and optimization design of finite element analysis in vertical machining is described.(2)Create the solid model and the components of "SMXH1363C Vertical cutting Machining Center" with software ’SolidEdge,,complete the loading constraint setting and mesh division in the finite element analysis software.(3)Complete the static analysis and model analysis of the machine and key parts of SMXH1363C vertical cutting machining center,and obtain the corresponding displacement deformation diagram,natural frequency and vibration mode.Finds out the weak point through the parameter analysis.(4)Based on BP neural network model,optimize the structure of the key parts of machining center with adjusting sensitive dimension.The results show that the deformation of the key parts is decreased compare.
