Due to the rapid development of China's industrial economy,the environmental pollution caused by industrial waste water has seriously threatened the drinking water of many residents.In order to curb the environmental pollution of industrial waste water,the national "twelfth five-year" water special project is devoted to the research of the clean production of petrochemical industry.This paper is based on water special subtopic "research and demonstration of the technology integration of water-saving and emission reduction in key industrial agglomeration area of liaohe river basin(2012zx07202-001)".This paper based on the change of refining waste water,and the characteristics of organic matter and nitrogen in the water source pollution,the refining of' waste water treatment technology research,in the aerobic pond filling packing methods,with contact oxidation method,improved A/O(anaerobic-aerobic biological denitrification)process,with the BAF(biological aerated filter)process for coupling analysis.It is divided into pilot test,pilot test and engineering project.The pilot experiment was conducted in three stages.The first phase,the improved A/O comparison test for the filling and unfilled packing of aerobic tank.In the second phase,the modified A/O comparison test of the three types of fillers filled the oxygen tank.The third stage,the aerobic pool filled elastic packing conditions,packing dosing rate were 40%,50%,60%,70%respectively and hydraulic retention time 4 + 2 h,6 + 3 h.8 + 4 h improved A/O-BAF in refining wastewater treatment efficiency of the research.The pilot test was carried out in aerobic tank filled with elastic packing,with a rate of 60%and a hydraulic retention time of 6+ 3h,and the adaptive study of water and water quality was monitored 20 days after starting.In this paper,a preliminary engineering design study was carried outThe test results showed that the contact oxidation method was used to improve the process of A/O,the start-up time was reduced by 18%,and the water inlet increased by 50%,and the anti-impact load capacity was better.The removal rate of COD was increased by 10%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate increased by 10%,total nitrogen removal rate increased by 15%.The elastic packing is more suitable as the filling filler of A/O aerobic pool,and its removal rate of COD is up to 82%.which is about 5%higher than that of composite packing,which is about 15%higher than that of suspended ball.Elastic packing and combination packing total nitrogen removal rate can reach 70%.higher than that of suspended filler ball 10%,combination packing of shock load capacity is low,after an increase in water concentration,total nitrogen removal rate decreased.Elastic packing has the fastest recovery,the anti-impact load is better.the composite packing is thick and easy to make up.and the suspension ball packing is not easy to hang.In this case,the elastic packing rate was 60%,while COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen removal rate were 82%,90%and 68%respectively.The hydraulic retention time(A/O + BAF)is suitable for 6+ 3h,when COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen removal rate are 87%,92%and 70%respectively.The process parameters of the pilot test were used to expand the test scale,and the combined process was about 90%of COD,ammonia and nitrogen,and the total nitrogen removal rate was 90%or more,70%or so.BAF water COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen concentration are lower than 50mg/l,5mg/l,10 to 15mg/l.The operation efficiency is relatively good,and the overall water discharge reaches the liaoning province sewage comprehensive discharge standard(db21/1627-2008).In addition,the fluctuation of the removal rate of BAF is mainly affected by the fluctuation of the water concentration of A/O,improving the effluent effect of A/O,which is beneficial to improve the effluent effect of BAF.Through test and pilot study,application of the improved A/O-BAF process as A process of biochemical treatment unit,adopts the elastic filler fills in aerobic pond,filler dosing rate 60%,hydraulic retention time 6 + 3 h,applied in A petrochemical waterworks old sewage treatment station for preliminary retrofit scheme design,as A reference for practical engineering design.The modified A/O process has A better comprehensive effect on wastewater treatment.Solve the process of A/O biological sludge age can not meet the standard,dissolved oxygen concentration gradient is big and the problem of incomplete reaction,makes the microorganism in aerobic pond has better activity and metabolic efficiency,microbial species tend to be more advanced,has better ability to survive.In addition,the proliferation of filamentous fungi in the surrounding area forms a dense membrane-like colloid,which also has a certain interception and filtration effect on sewage.In order to improve the effluent effect of some old and old waterworks to improve the effluent effluent of alchemy wastewater in order to meet the latest emission standard of the country,it has great economic benefit and the prospect of technological development.
