The wastewater produced by dairy process has been greatly increased with the rapid development of domestic dairy industry.Cold drink wastewater,one kind of organic water with high concentration which is the most difficult to treat in dairy product,and is characterized by high organic content,high fat content,pH partial acid and unbalanced nutrition.In this paper,cold drink wastewater was studied and a new treatment process was pointed out,which would have some practical significance for the treatment of cold drink wastewater.The main results of experiment were shown as follow:Firstly,hydrolysis acidification system could effectively degrade insoluble organic substances of wastewater,especially the new composite baffle hydrolysis acidification reactor of which CODcr was as high as 60%.HHABR finished the first anaerobic stage and saved time for the subsequent reaction system of anaerobic aerobic reactor.Besides,it could distinguish sludge bacteria flora among the four stages of anaerobic,which had a better effect than single UASB.The removal rate of AAR system on the CODcR was as high as 90%and the highest could even reach a rate of 96%.Then,the water was entered the compound bio-contact oxidation system which could remove as high as 90%CODcR.Finally,the effluent quatity indexes could meet the first grade A emission standard of the municipal wastewater treatment plant pollutant discharge standard(GB18918-2002).The experimental research showed that AAR system could still has a high removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 even the volume load was as high as 5 kg COD/m3 d,which the removal rate of CODcr was 90%and the removal rate of BOD5 was 93%.Through the verification of practical engineering data,and it was proved that HHABR-AAR biological contact oxidation process was feasible and applicable in treating high concentration of cold drink wastewater,it has the great effect for removal of CODcr,BOD5;,SS,NH3-N.
