The exploitation of deep-sea oil and gas resources is the major economic growth point of the oil and gas industry in the future.The subsea production system is the main mode of deep-sea oil production.The control module is the core unit of the subsea production system.The function test of the control module before launching in the water is very important to the subsea production system.This article focuses on electro-hydraulic compound and all-electric control module test scheme and device research.Through the study on the working principle and performance of the electro-hydraulic compound and all-electric control module,the test content and the test index of the electro-hydraulic compound and all-electric control module are completed.According to the technical requirements of the control module testing system,the overall scheme design of electro-hydraulic compound and all-electric control module testing system is completed.Complete the detailed design of electro-hydraulic compound control module testing device,hydraulic station,station test station and signal generator.The electro-hydraulic testing master station of hardware and PC programming.The design of double redundant high and low pressure oil supply road in hydraulic station is proposed,and the hydraulic system of hydraulic station is designed.The modular design scheme of the test bed was put forward,the detachable butt docking device of the docking station is designed,and the stress and strain simulation analysis of ANSYS is carried out.The hydraulic system simulation modeling of the test device is established by using AMESIM software,and the hydraulic characteristics of the hydraulic system are analyzed.Complete the detailed design of all-electric control module testing device of power transmission and communication master station,distribution unit,test bench,electric valve actuator.The design of the all-electric test station hardware and program PLC remote control system based on configuration.The hardware construction and component selection are carried out for the power transmission and communication allocation unit.The structure of the full electric control module is designed,and the 3D modeling of the docking platform and the butt plate is completed,and the ANSYS stress and strain simulation analysis is carried out.The electric valve to perform overall design,carry out analysis function principle for valveelectric,to complete the detailed design drive mechanism,execution mechanism,and maintain low power failure safety shutoff mechanism,establish three dimensional model of electric valve actuator.The optimization objective function of parallel double spring structure in low power maintenance and fail safe shutdown mechanism is determined,and a mathematical model based on fmincon function is established.Through the MATLAB programming simulation,the optimization analysis is completed.According to the electro-hydraulic compound and all-electric subsea control module test scheme and test requirements,the single machine debugging of the electro-hydraulic compound and all-electric control module test device has been completed.A complete test system is set up to test the function and performance of the electro-hydraulic compound and all-electric control modules and analyze the test results.
