Policy Impact On The Regional Collaboration Of Air Pollution Prevention In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

With the rapid development of economy and the accelerated process of industrialization,the problem of regional air pollution has become an urgent environmental problem that needs to be solved.Air pollution directly endangers the interests and physical and mental health of citizens,and will also have a harmful impact on the economic development of the local and even the country.In order to effectively control the air pollution in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the regional cooperation policy was formally implemented.After four years of policy implementation,a series of visual data have shown that the air pollution in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has been greatly improved.But how much is the improvement of the atmosphere quality is caused by the implementation of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei air pollution prevention and control cooperation policy?What is the impact of the policy?By summarizing the main measures of the coordination policy of air pollution prevention and control in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper extracts the policy variables;by reviewing the influence factors of air quality in China,the control variables such as meteorology and heating are extracted.Based on the above variables,we take the air quality index(AQI)and fine particle(PM2.5)as dependent variables,and analyze the effect of air pollution prevention and control cooperation policy in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei by using linear regression analysis.The conclusion shows that the improvement of air quality in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is not only due to the implementation of regional coordination policy for air pollution control in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,but also by other factors such as meteorology and heating.In terms of the influence degree of the three elements of policy,meteorology and heating,the influence of policy elements is not the strongest.In policy,only a few policies and measures such as increasing central heating area and central heating volume,reducing coal consumption and realizing clean energy substitution have achieved initial success.Under the synergy of meteorological elements such as "precipitation","mean wind speed","rainfall days","gale days" and"heating" factors,these factors have a powerful impact on the improvement of air quality in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Finally,the results are discussed,and the problems existing in the policy are summarized.And then suggestions are put forward to further improve the regional cooperation policy of air pollution control in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
