With the gradual expansion of industrialization,problem of resources shortage is visualized as quantity of metal resource is larger and larger in China,importance of metal recycling has gradually attracted great attention day by day.But a number of risks and unsafe factors are existed during the recovery of metal due to complex technological process and a number of accessory ingredients of dangerous goods used,safety accidents occasionally occurred,risks are not controlled availablyIn order to discover the risk factors and risk rank of metal recycling factor exactly and availably,risk factors of manufacturing and management are analyzed from four elements that man,machine,environment and management of accident system in this article.Principle of Delphi-AHP,entropy and weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining was adopted,present safety production management situation of whole factory was evaluated combining field dates of metal recycling limited company in Tianjin.Weight was separately calculated by Delphi-AHP and principle of weight fuzzy method,comprehensive weight was calculated by combinatorial formula,and then comprehensive weight of every index factor was calculated with judgment matrix of fuzzy comprehensive valuation,result of evaluation was reached at final,and corrective measures of risk factors in the factor were proposed according to evaluation results.Results of article can be indicated as follows:results of Delphi-AHP and entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining have high accuracy;danger level rank of risk factors can be ranged,some innovate ideas of that are proposed;computational process saves time a bit by the assistant of Yaahp?Matlab?Excel software at the same time.To sum up,method of Delphi-AHP and entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining has certain applicability for evaluation of risk factors.
