Petroleum and natural gas chemical industry is a technology-intensive and high-risk industry.The industry covers Crude oil extraction,refining,extraction of refinery derivatives and hazardous chemicals storage,transportation,sales etc.Most of the raw materials and derivatives applied during production process are highly corrosive,highly toxic and flammable,which cause hidden problem of pollution to local environment.Not only precise control of temperature,pressure and other parameters of material being required,manufacture precision and quality are also demanded,which lead to complication of chemical process.Any of carelessness might lead to serious accidents and cause irreversible harm to surroundings or economic losses.In this paper,vulnerability will be analyzed and researched,by applying it into security field of chemical industrial park.This is not only helping people to reform existed chemical industrial park,but also providing valuable reference for future planning and factory building.This research begins with discussion on background of vulnerability theory,and gradually introduces the concept of vulnerability theory and the practical application in various fields.By analyzing the characteristics of the chemical industry park,chemical production accidents and major hazard identification,the compositions of hazard-bearing bodies and vulnerability are finalized.The vulnerability of the hazard-bearing body in the chemical industry park can be divided into macroscopic vulnerability and microcosmic vulnerability,which forms assessment system for vulnerability.The weights of 19 vulnerability indexes are determined by entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process methods,and results have been checked by Kendall coefficient of concordance test.Base on experts' evaluation on each index,vulnerability model of chemical industry park is assessed by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,indexes and level of chemical industry park vulnerability have been finalized.Changlu Park in Nanjing Luhe chemical industry park is applied as modelling assessment in this research.Hazard-bearing body's index and total vulnerability are analyzed in following passage.Common hazardous chemical materials are assessed by using ALOHA software.Negative effects on hazard-bearing factor during accident are demonstrated,which help people to evaluate the weights of indexes.The research in this paper provides valuable references for future reform and expansion of Changlu Park.
