Currently,the construction and development of our pipeline has become an inseparable part of China’s urban construction.It is the infrastructure and public facilities in China’s social and economic development.But the oil and gas pipeline itself has explosive characteristics.Therefore in the specific operation,there are various security problems.Oil and gas pipeline accidents have also occurred.Therefore,the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines has become an important issue of development.Due to long time using and the affected by numerous external factors,the oil and gas pipelines have increasing explosion and spill accidents.It caused seriously loss of life and property to the country and the people.Additionally it caused exacerbate environmental pollution degree.Based on the situation in such a context,how to ensure the safe management of oil and gas pipelines has become the city running urgent problems.In this study,this article analyzed the current situation of security management about oil and gas pipelines in our country and raised the security problems and reasons of accidents in oil and gas pipelines management.Additionally,the oil and gas pipelines accidents are analyzed and predicted based one the qualitative Fault Tress Analysis(FTA).quantitative analysis of Grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and semi-quantitative analysis method of Gray Prediction model.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique,the risk degree of pipeline risk in XA gas group is obtained;Grey GM(1,1)model is used to predict the number of oil and gas pipeline accidents in Langfang in the next 5 years.The results show that there are four key reasons that affected the oil and gas pipelines accidents including poor management and maintenance,corrosion pipeline,defects of pipelines and damage from the third part.Based on the four reasons and FTA analysis,the 60 reasons are identified in detail.It provides the effective support for future security management about the oil and gas pipelines in our country.Additionally,I take the Langfang city for example,the accidents number of it is 273,305,340,340,384 in 2015 to 2019 respectively.All in all,in this study,the security management measure is provided for the oil and gas pipelines in our country.It laid a good foundation for further systematic security management.
