| In recent years,with the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,urban kitchen waste also increases.For the dual characteristics take to harmful and resource of kitchen waste,if it is not handled promptly and effectively,the kitchen waste may fall into the wrong channel,which may caused “rubbish pig”,“illegal cooking oil” and other serious social problems.As a special biomass energy,kitchen waste has great utilization potential.The conversion of kitchen waste to biomass energy can not only accelerating the modernization of energy to meet the urgent needs of modern residents for quality energy,but also can be applied in the production areas.Under this background,this paper studies the performance evaluation of kitchen waste biomass energy supply chain in city try to transition the theoretical level into practice,and put forward some suggestions to improve the operation efficiency of food waste biomass supply chain.Firstly,this study introduced the research status of food waste biomass supply chain management,the ways and characteristics of kitchen waste transform into biomass energy;secondly,constructed urban kitchen waste biomass energy supply chain management performance evaluation mode based on System theory that can evaluate the overall performance of the kitchen waste biomass supply chain from the five subsystem of kitchen waste generation unit,kitchen waste collection unit,kitchen waste disposal unit,government and customers;thirdly,this paper studies the collection,transportation,the sales and inventory status of the recycling products to analyze the management status of biomass supply chain in Urumqi;finally,take Urumqi as a practical case to study the performance evaluation system of kitchen waste biomass supply chain,and provided reference to the promotion of urban kitchen waste biomass energy supply chain management performance through analysis and summarizing on the process,which aims to play a guide role on the application generalization and perfection for the kitchen waste biomass energy supply chain in city. |
