Electronic jacquard machine as an important equipment in the modern textile industry can form all sorts of complicated design on fabric surface which has considerably enriched the types of fabrics and style.In recent years,domestic electronic jacquard machine got rapid development in China.But at present,some of the key components of electronic jacquard machine still rely on foreign imports.Electronic jacquard machine wire heald is one of the important representatives.Steel wire heald dosage is very copious in the electronic jacquard machine,and needs regular replacement.Thus,stepping up our efforts in the development of electronic jacquard machine wire heald is imperative.Domestic electronic jacquard machine wire heald life is significantly lower than the imported products.The main reason is fractureof wireand heald hole.Based on this,this article made fully research on material and forming technology of electronic jacquard machine wire heald.First of all,the study compared the domestic and imported steel wire heald of electronic jacquard machine from the perspective of material.Through the material elements analysis,according to China’s steel production standards,preliminary determined the raw materials used in the domestic and imported products.Then,through the analysis of the microstructure,further determined the raw material and heat treatment process.Comparing with the results of analysis,found out the cause of the differences between product quality,determined the best raw materials and treatment process.Secondly,this article studied and summarized the production process,quality inspection standards and promotion measures for electronic jacquard machine wire heald in China,combining with the feedback information of manufacturers and user enterprises and the study of relevant information.Finally,the study assessed the washer ring generally used in China’s traditional forming process.Found that easy craze of edge and small concave slot is the major cause of low service life of washer ring.In accordance with the requirements of processing parameters,a set of multistep progressive die stamping was designed using AutoCAD software.UG software was utilized for 3d modeling and final assembling.
