| China is a large agricultural country,pesticides as an important means of production is widely used in agricultural production.In China’s rural areas,with the large-scale use of pesticides,pesticide packaging waste has became pollution sources which pollutes ecological environment and damages human health.Farmers are the starting point for the implementation of pesticide packaging waste recycling projects,and their behavior and willingness have a direct impact on the structure and implementation costs of the project system.It is not only of important practical significance,but also of important theoretical value to study the treatment behavior and recovery intention of pesticide packaging waste of farmers.Nowadays,the research on pesticide packaging waste is mainly qualitative research,scholars mainly discuss the harm of pesticide packaging waste,contrast the management methods of pesticide packaging waste in the world,explore the pesticide packaging waste recycling system in C hina and also put forward some reasonable suggestions.But the results of qualitative research on pesticide packaging waste are rare.In this paper,based on the farmers perspective,we through the lychee growers in Guangdong province where is the main producing areas of lychee.The main study is the following questions:(1)What factors will affect farmers’ pesticide packaging waste recycling willingness.(2)What factors will affect the behavior of farmers handle pesticide packaging waste in daily life.(3)The consistence of farmers’ recycle willingness and participating recovery about pesticide packaging waste which will be affcetd by what factors.According to the research contents and research purpose of this paper,the whole idea of the paper is as follows:(1)Through the review of the relevant literatures of pesticide packaging waste and the related literature about environmental behavior and willingness of participating in environmental protection activities,this paper proposes theoretical framework factors of the pesticide packaging waste recycling willingness and participate behavior,and then selects researc h variables and proposes research hypothesis;(2)Design questionnaire,develop survey,collate the collected data;(3)Based on 457 valid sample data collected by questionnaire survey,using multivariate ordered logit model to develop quantitative analysis about the pesticide packaging waste recycling willingness and influencing factors of farmers;(4)Using the same data to develop quantitative survey of farmers’ pesticide packaging waste management and influencing factors by two Logistic regression model;(5)According to the participation willingness level of farmers pesticide packaging waste recycling,"very willing" and "willing" sample was screened,a total of 323 samples.Through two Logistic regression model to reseach the consistency of the pestic ide packaging waste recycling willingness,handling behaviors and influencing factors;(6)Through various statistical analysis methods gets conclusions.Conclusions:(1)Litchi growers processing pesticide packaging waste centralized treatment way to conscious majority,farmers’ pesticide packaging waste recycling project will more strongly,the establishment of a unified system of pesticide packaging waste recycling conditions are ripe.(2)Age,planting area,the need of building lychee brand,the government’s overall planning for lychee industry will have a significant impact for packaging waste disposal behavior of farmers.The age will have a significant negative effect for packaging waste disposal behavior of farmers.Planting area,the need of building lychee brand,the government’s overall planning for lychee industry will have a significant positive effect for packaging waste disposal behavior of farmers.(3)The degree of education,plant area,the impact of pesticides on soil quality,and the presence or absence of domestic waste classification have a significant positive effect on the willingness to participate in the recycling of pesticide packaging waste.(4)Age,plant area and the need of building lychee brand have a significant impact o n the consistency of farmers’ willingness to participate in pesticide packaging recovery and handling behavior.The age have a significant negative effect on the consistency of farmers’ willingness to participate in pesticide packaging recovery and handling behavior.Plant area and the need of building lychee brand have a significant positive effect on the consistency of farmers’ willingness to participate in pesticide packaging recovery and handling behavior. |
