The sufficient working capital is essential for enterprises to maintain efficient operation.The management of working capital,as a key link of corporate financial management,has become a booster for corporate development.In recent years,all types of enterprises in our country have grown by relying on the rapid development of our country’s economy.However,there is still room for improvement in both the management model and the management level.The enterprises must improve their own working capital management ability if they want to truly establish themselves in the current economic environment.The year of 2017 is an extraordinary year for the carbon industry.The intensive introduction of policies,the advancement of science and technology in the industry,the favor and attention of the capital market,and the mergers and acquisitions of the industry have had a profound impact on the current and future development of the industry.The case company selected in this article—S company is a carbon production enterprise.The competition in the current carbon industry market is extremely fierce.The efficient and reasonable management of working capital is helpful to improve the core competitiveness of enterprise and ensure the smooth development of the corporation.And the channel management has attracted much attention because of its all-round management perspective.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to manage the working capital of S Company based on the perspective of channels.The structure of this research is as follows: first,based on the research background,this paper conducts a relevant comment according to the review of the literature at home and abroad,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,and determines the research ideas and methods;secondly,this paper introduces relevant theories and defines the core concepts of carbon industry,working capital,traditional working capital management and working capital management based on channel management;thirdly,this article analyzes the current situation of S company’s working capital management,and proposes that S company’s current working capital management has the problem of imperfect working capital system,poor information transmission between channels,the efficiency of the management of the working capital of each channel needs to be improved and the corresponding reasons;finally,this paper optimizes and forecasts the working capital management of S company’s procurement,production,sales channels and investment activities from the perspective of channel management,and then puts forward the safeguard measures.Based on the analysis of the theory and case,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)due to the lack of relevance and overall nature,the method of traditional fund management has gradually failed to meet the needs of the development of today’s enterprises.This study combines the management of working capital channels with the specific business processes of enterprises to achieve the goal of improving the working capital and management level of the company.(2)Improving the working capital management method of S company based on the perspective of channel management can improve the company’s working capital management channels,and it plays a key role in optimizing the structure of working capital and improving channel relationships,and improving the management level of working capital of S company.(3)S company can guarantee the healthy and stable future development of the company from the aspects of enhancing awareness of management’s working capital management,establishing the “Internet+” network operation mode,strengthening the cooperation among various departments,and strengthening the team construction of financial personnel.While improving the efficiency of S company’s working capital management,it can also provide good reference for the same type of enterprises in the carbon industry. |
