Research On Optimization Of Channel-type Working Capital Management In Chongqing Iron And Steel

With the gradual stabilization of the national macro-economy,the real estate industry and infrastructure industry have achieved vigorous development,which also brings better opportunities for the steel industry.Working capital plays an important role in iron and steel enterprises.With the continuous marketization of iron and steel enterprises,iron and steel enterprises also pay more and more attention to the application of channel theory in the process of working capital management.The management mode of working capital is changing and innovating from traditional to channel mode.Channel working capital improves the efficiency of using working capital and the management level of enterprises by classifying the internal capital of enterprises.Focusing on the research topic of channel capital management,this paper first expounds the research background and significance of channel working capital management,and then systematically combs the previous research results,and then puts forward the research content,research methods and innovation of this paper according to the previous research direction.Secondly,it elaborates the related concepts and project classification of channel working capital,and expounds the advantages of channel management of enterprise working capital;thirdly,it introduces the background of Chongqing Iron and steel,and studies and analyzes the existing problems under the current traditional mode and channel mode of Chongqing Iron and steel,and further analyzes the influencing factors behind the problems;finally,it aims at For the problems existing in Chongqing Iron and steel channel mode,a brand-new fund management framework has been established under the support of channel related theories,and a performance appraisal mechanism has been further established to ensure the normal operation of channel working capital management.There are two main conclusions in this paper.One is that the working capital management of iron and steel industry has been improved under the influence of channel relationship,channel behavior and channel structure;the other is that the iron and steel enterprises are taken as the research object,Find out the existing problems in various channels of Chongqing Iron and steel,and optimize the existing problems.This study hopes to help the iron and steel industry get rid of the past business difficulties in time,and actively respond to the impact of the market.It also provides some new ideas for the managers of the enterprise to manage the working capital.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some research directions for the better integration of channel theory and working capital management through the case study of Chongqing Iron and steel.
