The Research Of Monitoring Technology Which Based On Internet In Cnc Machine Running Status

CNC machine is the important numerical control facilities,and Chinese CNC machine industry has gained much development in recent years,especially high-end CNC machine has steady growth in demand.With the support of relevant national programs,the high-end CNC technology has got adequately development and application.In the current economic situation,seeking monitoring technology of manufacturing process condition for CNC machine is very important.Considering the low and middle lever CNC machine has been widely used in our country,which combined with internet technologies and patterns,could make the manufacturing process more transparent,efficient and intelligent by promoting intelligence-sensitive of CNC equipment.Sharing of manufacturing resource and data collaboration will also provide tremendous value.The CNC machine is regarded as research object in this paper,and monitoring technology of CNC machine running status based on internet is studied.The specific research content as follows:The pattern and resolution of monitoring service is proposed by studying the communication process and the data collection method of CNC machine under the new situation in manufacturing.The research gained new data collection method of CNC machine under the resolution which is proposed with the detailed design of the control system architecture.The mode of CNC machine with intelligent hardware for data perception is proposed.The method of inlaying user macro instruction,the collection and process of CNC machine status information has been mainly studied.The access network,data acquisition methods of main communication module and interface circuit have been designed and applied.The C-CM(Community-Condition Monitor)model for CNC machine is constructed.The characteristics of information flow analysis under the community environment are analyzed,and the C-CM model of data service mode based on CNC machine is proposed.This model gives the specific application architectures and data processing,information fusion examples,and specific method of manufacturing information sharing and controlling by proposing a community of shared controller of CNC machine status information.The mobile intelligent terminal is applied to the realm of supervision and realizes the function of condition monitoring for CNC machine.This paper developed and deployed an open-source community service system for CNC machine in wechat public platform.It is tried in mobile production in the manufacturing plant and enterprise.This paper proposed monitoring technology which based on internet for running status of CNC machine,and the successful application of which in favor of effective and sufficient use of the low and middle lever CNC machine currently.As well as it promotes the depth and width of internet applications in manufacturing and the further integration of informatization and industrialization.
