| With the continuous advancement of Internet of Things technology,the Internet of Things affects more and more industries and gradually occupies an important position in all walks of life.In the continuous improvement of the country’s overall quality of life,people have become more and more rigorous about the taste of food,the quality of food,and the safety of food.The management of modern catering kitchens has also broken the traditional management model.The introduction of Internet of Things technology has improved the efficiency of the kitchen,and also reduced the kitchen’s cumbersome workflow.However,the management mode of modern catering kitchens pays more attention to the high efficiency and unity of the kitchen operation,while ignoring the quality and safety of foods produced in the kitchen itself,leading to problems such as food quality and lack of taste.This paper aims at the above problems,applies the Internet of Things technology to the detection of food and beverage kitchen products,designs a set of smart kitchen data acquisition system,and improves the modern kitchen management model.The system is mainly composed of server modules,kitchen data intelligent processing terminals and kitchen data acquisition modules.The kitchen data acquisition module includes sub-modules for frying oil data acquisition,heat preservation cabinet data acquisition,and warehouse data acquisition.The hardware consists of a capacitance sensor,AD7746 capacitance conversion chip,MFRC522 RFID radio frequency,bar code Bluetooth scanner,Arduino controller,and HC-05 Bluetooth.The module is composed of the real-time detection of the temperature and oil quality of the kitchen frying oil,the food data of the holding cabinet and the raw material data of the warehouse,and the collected data is sent to the data intelligent processing terminal using the Bluetooth transmission method for the next intelligent processing thereof.The intelligent processing module hardware consists of the HC-05 Bluetooth module,Raspberry Pi3,and sim800CGSM/GPRS modules.It is responsible for intelligent processing of the received data and analysis to determine the operating conditions of the kitchen.If any abnormality is found,it passes the GSM/GPRS module.Alarms are sent to kitchen administrators in the form of text messages so that problems in the kitchen can be discovered and resolved in a timely manner.At the same time,the collected data is uploaded to the server via GPRS.The upper server module uses the Nginx,UWSGI,and Django frameworks to build a Web server and deploys it to Alibaba Cloud servers.The main function of the server is to store the kitchen food data sent from the kitchen intelligent processing terminal,and the data received through the Web page.The form for users to view in real time,enabling users to view the collected data in real time.Finally,through the testing of various links of the various modules of the system and the joint testing of the system,it is shown that the system can well achieve the expected oil frying data detection,warming cabinet data detection,warehouse data detection,intelligent data processing and alarm,real-time data viewing,etc.Function,stable operation between various modules of the system.The intelligent kitchen data acquisition system designed in this paper pays more attention to the quality and safety of the food itself on the basis of modern catering kitchen management.Through real-time monitoring of food raw materials,processing links,food products and other aspects of the normal data,can effectively ensure the quality of the food in the kitchen,taste and safety.At the same time,the collected data is processed intelligently to guide the future production of the kitchen and save kitchen costs.Also,the system is low cost and easy to deploy. |
