With the continuous growth of the output value of my country’s construction industry,the demand for scientific production of construction engineering has expanded,and the requirements for reducing the safety accident rate in the process of engineering construction have become more stringent,which means that the production and management methods of the construction industry need to be transformed.Due to the high number of construction casualties and frequent safety accidents in my country’s construction sites,safe construction is still the top priority of the industry.Today,all walks of life are gradually developing toward electronic intelligence.Smart helmets can not only solve the pain points of the current construction industry,such as non-visualization of safety data and low safety management efficiency,but also assist the industry to accelerate its transformation and development.Based on the industry trend of smart construction sites,this paper comprehensively expounds the domestic and foreign research status and development trends of smart helmets,and conducts competitive analysis of similar products currently on the market,and makes a conclusion on the same type of competitive products Strengths and weaknesses evaluation.Obtain information from the research of user groups,understand the actual needs of its users,and determine the final positioning of smart helmet products.In addition,based on the setting of product functions,Internet of Things and communication and other related technical theories,practice the design plan of the smart helmet,determine the color,material,final shape,etc.of the smart helmet,from the drawing of the sketch to the drawing of the 3D model The establishment and rendering of materials have completed the product design and management system software design of the smart helmet.Finally,the experimental scene simulation is carried out for the different functions of the smart helmet to illustrate the actual effect of the smart helmet in the construction environment.This study expands a new design form for smart helmet products,which has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the safety management efficiency of smart construction site construction,and at the same time provides a reference for the design and development of smart wearable devices in the field of construction safety.
