| Firstly,the concept,classification and calculation process of water environment capacity are described in this paper,then the basic situation of water resources and water quality mathematical model of river section are introduced.According to the purpose and significance and principle carve up the function of the water which in the study area.Determine the open economic zone and buffer area of the drainage of yanghe in Zhangjiakou for the study of the drainage are to calculate the environmental capacity of water.Water quality in various monitoring sections was overall evaluated by using integrated pollution index based on analysis of the water quality during the period of2005-2015 in the study area,and analysis of cause of the water quality.Find out the important pollutants that influent the quality of water environment in the study area,determine the COD and NH3-N are major pollutants to calculate water environment capacity.Determine the open economic zone and buffer area of the drainage of yanghe in Zhangjiakou and guanting reservoir for the study of the drainage are to calculate the environmental capacity of water use the One-dimensional steady state water quality model of river and computatopnal model of the conservation of matter of river to calculate the water environment capacity of COD and NH3-N.Analysis the reasons of the more difference between the size of water environmental capacity and pollution load amount.Point out the reaearch methods to supervise WPC in the study area.The computing results of the water environment capacity of COD is 1273.62t/a,and the computing results of the water environment capacity of NH3-N is 96.59t/a in the watershed of yanghe river.The computing results of the water environment capacity of COD is 285.37t/a and the computing results of the water environment capacity of NH3-N is-36.85t/a is contented inⅡwater-quality stangards in guanting reservoir.The computing results of the water environment capacity of COD is1806.53t/a and the computing results of the water environment capacity of NH3-N is75.19t/a is contented inⅢwater-quality stangards in guanting reservoir.In order to make the water quality content the requirements,we should adhere to two points.One:Increase the capacity of water environment in the study area,the maximum amount of permissible pollutants on the premise of contenting the water-quality standards.Two:Reducing the amount of pollutants that flow into the stream by taking measures. |
