This paper mainly focuses on the concentricity measurement of the internal holes of ceramic ferrule.At present,the concentricity of ceramic ferrule is mainly measured by manual method in China.Workers feed the ceramic ferrule manually,place in V-groove,manually rotate the ceramic ferrule,and detect the concentricity by observing the position of the ceramic ferrule on the screen.This method can only roughly determine whether the ceramic ferrule is qualified or not,and the detection accuracy is low.Moreover,the labor intensity is high,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the plug.In response to the problems of ceramic ferrule detection,a prototype was developed in cooperation with Shaoxing Huajing Technology Co,Ltd.The main contents of the thesis research include the following aspects:Firstly,the paper mainly studies the extraction of the edge of the inner hole and the location of the center of the inner hole.It mainly studies the image preprocessing,the edge detection method based on the pixel level and the edge detection method bas-ed on the sub-pixel level.Afterwards,the processing flow is determined: rough detection based on Canny operator,sub-pixel edge detection based on Gauss function,inner hole center location using least squares method,and experimental verification,the test results meet the requirements of manufacturers.Secondly,the automatic testing process of the concentricity of ceramic ferrule is analyzed,and the automatic detection equipment for ceramic ferrule is designed.The automatic feeding mechanism,reversing structure,visual inspection mechanism,auxiliary mechanism and unloading mechanism of the equipment are described in detail,and the detection process of the mechanism is designed.Then,according to the device structure and the detection process,the lower computer control system is designed,which mainly controls the two modules of the device hardware and software.The hardware mainly completes the selection and configuration of hardware,as well as the circuit design and gas circuit design of the control cabinet;the software mainly achieves the detection process control of the lower computer by compiling the PLC program.Finally,with the help of VC++6.0 platform,the human-computer interaction system ofceramic ferrule automatic detection equipment is designed,and the multi-threading technology is used together with the lower computer to realize the automatic detection of ceramic ferrule concentricity.At the same time,the MFC module is used to design the man-machine interface to facilitate employee operations.After the trial operation of the manufacturer,the accuracy and speed of the prototype meets the demands of the manufacturer,and the automatic detection of the concentricity of the ceramic ferrule is realized.
