Evaluation Analysis And Countermeasures Of Solid Waste Resources Recycling Of Qian'an Steel

In recent years,subject to the multiple influences such as economic situation,resource constraints and environmental pressures,etc,Chinese steel enterprises pay more and more attention to the development of recycling economy industries.Against this background,Shougang Qian'an Steel corporation always insist on the route of circular economy development,especially invested a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources in the recycling of solid waste resources development,to establish the Qian'an Steel corporation circular economy industrial park,focusing on processing all kinds of solid waste includes blast furnace slag,steel slag,slag desulphurization and dust removal ash,etc.However,so many problems encountered in the implementation of the project,due to the establishment of a short time,lack of professionals reserves in the relevant fields,the lack of solid waste resource recycling implementation effect of scientific evaluation.Therefore we need to consider from the perspective of diversification,both the upstream and downstream,internal and external to identify the key factors that affect the results of all kinds,as well as the relative relationship between all kinds of factors in order to establish a more objective and comprehensive evaluation,so as to dig out the impact of the project implementation effect distress factors,provide a reference for the company's scientific management.Therefore,this paper,based on the theory of circular economy,take Shougang Qian'an Steel corporation solid waste resources recycling project as the research object,the integrated use of literature study,empirical study and the combination of system evaluation method,the Shougang Qian'an Steel corporation solid waste recycling utilization,on the basis of in-depth analysis,proposed to the moving steel solid waste resources recycling project implementation effect comprehensive evaluation,presents the principle and basis of evaluation system building and build a more objective comprehensive evaluation system.Through the dimensionless processing and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)weights of evaluation index given respectively,and obtained the final calculation moving steel recycling utilization of solid waste resources comprehensive evaluation value.Through further analysis of the results of the evaluation study found that solid waste resource recycling Qian'an Steel overall level belong to the secondary level,the main issues,including recycling rates compared with advanced enterprises are still gaps,the comprehensive cost advantages,solid waste resource types is not fully cover.To solve these problems,this paper actually gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,provides a reference for the next step of enterprises to improve solid waste resource recycling.At the same time through the solid waste resources recycling project evaluation and analysis,as well as provides some enlightenment Shougang Qian'an Steel corporation's other circular economy projects.In this paper,the research and analysis of the circular economy of iron and steel enterprises are carried out.It also has reference significance for the iron and steel enterprise other circular economy projects.Especially also has strong practical significance to extend this idea to other enterprise management.
