Research On Automated System For 2250mm Hot Slab Yard

Connecting the upper reaches of the continuous casting process and casting slab and downstream connection heating furnace of hot rolling process,hot rolled slab yard is undertaking an important link in continuous casting and heating furnace,and according to the requirements of the hot rolling plan,it provides corresponding slab for heating furnace.Thus,the efficient operation of the slab yard,can improve the efficiency of the continuous casting and hot rolling,increase economic efficiency and reduce energy waste.However,the hot slab yard complex,cumbersome logistics,involving joint operation of electric tongs crane,slab moving carriage,conveying rollers and other equipment,there is a fine and reasonable dispatch want great difficulty.So there is a great significancee for research slab yard.In this thesis,2250mm hot rolling slab yard automation system development project as the background for slab yard,which belongs to Zhanjiang steel base of BaoShan steel,this project makes the following studies:1)By analyzing the traditional steel hierarchical management structure proposed L2 system functions down,and L1 system combined into new integrated system.This structure not only save the traditional hierarchy equipment overhead and maintenance costs L2 layer,and full use of PLC control functions,enhance the stability of the entire system,improve the efficiency of the slab yard.2)This project uses the Siemens S7-400 PLC,and made a brief of the relevant technology PLC.analysis of the advantages and disadvantages by comparative the traditional PLC control system and design process with new PLC control system based on object-oriented program design method,and combined with object-oriented PLC technology for slab track slab positioning and communication technologies with L3 do a full design.3)This project uses object-oriented PLC programming technology to achieve the overall process control hot rolling slab yard,including material tracking,roller operation mode.Get a good effect by offline simulation testing,and ultimately site commissioning and put into operation the production line.
