In order to realize the continuity of production,improve the utilization rate of slab,reduce the waiting time of hot blank,reduce the energy consumption,and realize the matching of slab in the process of slab matching and slab hot rolling in a large iron and steel enterprise in China.In order to optimize the hot rolling schedule,the integration and optimization of slab matching and hot rolling schedule are studied.Aiming at the problem of integration optimization of slab matching and hot rolling schedule,the composite mutation strategy and the improved mutation formula are used to solve the problem,which is combined with the proposed heuristic initial solution.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The optimization of slab matching and hot rolling integration is derived from the hot rolling process of slab in iron and steel enterprise.The task of the problem is to determine the matching relationship between the slab and the contract and the processing order of the slab in the hot rolling mill under the premise of satisfying the contract demand ability,hot rolling plan procedure and other practical process constraints.Aiming at this problem,a mixed integer programming model was established to improve the utilization ratio of slab,improve the ratio of heat transfer to heat,reduce the cost of production switching and improve the matching quality.The model was validated by using the standard optimization software CPLEX.(2)An improved differential evolution algorithm is designed to solve the problem of slab matching and slab hot rolling integrated optimization problem,which overcomes the difficulty of the conventional standard optimization software can not solve the large-scale example.In the algorithm,a real number coding method is designed to ensure the matching pattern of many-to-one slab contracts and one-to-one correspondence between slab and rolling unit.A variety of heuristic algorithms are proposed,and heuristic is combined with stochastic strategy to generate high quality initial population.At the same time,a new mutation method is proposed,which can improve the ability of the algorithm by letting multiple individuals participate in the mutation strategy.Finally,the validity of the proposed algorithm and the improved strategy is verified by testing the multiple sets of real data and comparing with the solution of the standard optimization software CPLEX.(3)Based on the analysis of business process and demand of slab matching and slab hot rolling process,the mathematic model and algorithm are combined with man-machine interaction to design and develop slab matching and hot rolling plan optimization decision support System,which can effectively improve the work efficiency of planners and effectively increase the flexibility and practicability of slab matching and slab hot rolling plan.
