The Schedule And Control Of The G Enterprise’s Coal To Urea(3052)in Automobile Project

Project management,of which the basic idea has gone into all kinds of occupations deeply,as a general management method,has been recognized by more and more people.In the future,it will be all the same.There are more activities,more logical connection,more uncertain facts,more complicated affairs and any others in the production of automobile project.It has always operated on the basis of historical events without the theory of guiding.For the reason above,the theory of the schedule and control in the project management,only which hasn’t the competitiveness but also unused management ideas,makes a good solution efficiently.G depends on coal to urea(3052)in automobile project,which is the vanguard in three regions’ market-Inner Mongolia,Hebei and Liaoning.Due to three facts that national recovery of urea 13%value-added tax,the more increasingly coal prices and low capacity,the price of urea has shrunk much more than last year and encountered severely market circumstances.As a result,only with the production of automobile project according to the theory of the schedule and control in the project management,achieving the target effectively and cutting down the costs can develop in this harsh situation and build its foundation in the future.Based on project management theory,this paper elaborates the application of the theory of schedule and control,in energy and chemical project on the practice of coal to urea(3052)automobile project.At first,it introduces the basic situation of the coal to urea(3052)project,makes sure the target,establishes the organizational structure according to the enterprise’s actual situation,clarifies the responsibility,establishes the communication mechanism with the technical means.Secondly,when making the schedule,with WBS(task decomposing technology),network planning technology and key-path method,the network planning is optimized by adopting the less fee.After the implementation,a variety of measures are used:first of all,it analyzes the reasons which affect the execution of project progress,and puts forward the key points from organization,technology,contract,economy and management.And it exerts the document and conference and adopts efficiently analysis of problem.
