With the development of the manufacturing industry in China,CNC machine tools have been widely used in the whole country,under the development of the potential,CNC machine tools to upgrade the manufacturing enterprises have also been put on the agenda.MPB-3080B CNC Gantry milling machine is the Shenyang Blower Group Co.Ltd.previously imported from Japan's Toshiba Co imported equipment.The numerical control system is used in the original machine tool,and the function and operation platform of the NC system can not meet the processing requirements of the compressor parts.The operation of the machine for many years,TOSHIBA 600MB electrical control system components have been seriously aging,analog drive plate and DC drive motor has been repeatedly repaired and spare parts can be replaced,maintenance time consuming,costly.The mechanical part of the slide and the slide of the reference guide rail wear serious,the accuracy is reduced,the existence of the phenomenon of falling knife movement,has seriously affected the production.The machine tool for the company's main CNC machining equipment,and the mechanical structure of the machine tool stiffness is very good,suitable for heavy cutting.According to the characteristics and existing problems of the machine tool,the feasibility analysis is carried out from the aspects of technology and economy.The following modification scheme is determined:(1)In the comprehensive consideration of the factors of electrical control and mechanical processing characteristics,using SIEMENS 840DSL CNC system advanced to transform the original numerical control system,improve the stability of the machine;(2)1PH7 and 840DSL numerical control system of induction motor for matching S120 AC drive servo unit and has the advantages of high precision,low inertia,high resolution 1FT6 AC servo motor position feedback and high power and high response instead of the original DC analog drive and DC motor,ensure that the shaft power and torque,motor maintenance free implementation.(3)Produced a new operating station,equipped with a CNC panel,CNC keyboard,control panel.This paper selects the SIEMENS 840DSL CNC system as the control device,and is equipped with various models of module matching with 840DSL,developed PLC software program;the parameters of the machine were set.(4)This paper introduces the debugging and optimization of 840DSL numerical control system,Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the servo axis,the pitch compensation of servo shaft,and the backup of the system.After the commissioning of the machine for acceptance.The results show that the performance and accuracy of machine tools to meet or exceed the original machine,the workpiece can fully meet the requirement of high precision and high efficiency,high reliability,and the total cost in the same grade of less than 1/4 of the price of imported machine tools.
