In the face of the increasingly prominent environmental pollution problems, especially in urban sewage and industrial wastewater discharge, seriously affecting the quality of life and sustainable development of our country. In recent years, the state has increased the intensity of sewage treatment, but because of the overall backwardness of China’s sewage treatment,there is a high energy consumption, sewage treatment effect is not ideal and so on. Therefore,it is very important to improve the automation level of wastewater treatment and the control system of wastewater treatment system, and to realize the unattended, the treatment effect is good, and to reduce the energy consumption and operation cost is very important. In this paper, based on the global optimization algorithm of sewage treatment plant, the system can have good sewage treatment effect, reduce energy consumption and achieve high degree of automation. The main work of this paper is as follows:1. Research and Analysis on the development of domestic and international sewage treatment, according to the current operating costs of sewage treatment, sewage treatment effect to be improved, and put forward a method to reduce energy consumption, optimization control and automation of sewage treatment system.2. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of AA/O wastewater treatment process,and analyzes the energy consumption of the main equipments in the process of wastewater treatment.3. The optimization problem is solved in the process of wastewater treatment, and the mathematical model is established with the dissolved oxygen concentration(DO) and sludge discharge quantity(Qw) as variable, and the water consumption and water quality as the constraint conditions. The improved differential evolution particle swarm optimization(PSO-DE) is used to solve the optimal energy consumption in the premise of ensuring the quality of the water quality. The results are obtained by solving the state equation of wastewater treatment. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified and the executable DLL file is generated.4. According to the situation of the sewage treatment process, the distribution control system of SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the lower computer is designed, which is composed of the central control system, the field control system and intelligent instrument. The industrialEthernet is used as the data exchange mode, the system can realize the highly automatic control of wastewater treatment.5. Using IFIX configuration software for sewage treatment monitoring and optimization control of the host computer system design, the use of background script execution optimization algorithm, and combined with software graphics data interface design to achieve system optimization control, animation simulation of various process equipment real-time display, real-time data exchange, remote operation and other functions.
