Along with the development of the industry,the quality of silicon steel demand is higher and higher,production demand is more and more big,the cold rolled silicon steel production are also put forward higher request,for the product quality and production efficiency are put forward.How to not affect production,continuously improve technology,improve the quality?How can rapid,economic and accurately at different process affect the performance of the final product?How can rapid,economic and accurately at different process affect the performance of the final product?After a detailed investigation and study,Ansteel cold-rolled silicon steel continuous annealing line experiment project was put on the agenda.Experiment line can reproduce cold-rolled strip in the heating,cooling and in the process of continuous annealing furnace atmosphere,etc.The technological process and phenomenon,thus get the annealing process and material of quantitative relationship between organizational performance,service for practical production.Tension in the process of annealing on the sample,keep good plate type.Can rapid,economic and accurately at different process affect the performance of the final product,cold-rolled silicon steel continuous annealing line experiment of control system is the guarantee of its various functions.As a test line,main purpose is to test different process(under different conditions of temperature and atmosphere)on the effects of cold rolled products,is not used for mass production,control and tension control requirements for looping is not particularly high,so the control system of this research will focus on the study of annealing furnace temperature control system.This article from the anshan iron and steel cold-rolled silicon steel continuous annealing line experiment the design task of control system,first of all,the control system,and introduced the appropriate design scheme and the hardware and software design are given.And then to focus on the continuous annealing temperature control,big overshoot and adjustment time is long,furnace temperature based on fuzzy PID control method is proposed,in order to improve the control accuracy of continuous annealing furnace.Combining fuzzy control and traditional PID control,fuzzy control theory to setting proportional integral PID controller.Second and the tension control and speed control of the serious research and design,and then explains the coiler tension control,and presents the design and specifications.By running the tests,the experimental results show that the proposed system has good control and practicability,and the system software and hardware design is reasonable,the algorithm is efficient and accurate?To the personnel engaged in related technologies and research is of high reference value.
