| Taking the activated sludge treatment unit in Jiaxing as the research object,this paper studies how to use Rpf and PAC to strengthen the aerobic activated sludge and improve the quality of biochemical effluent.The SBR experiments of PAC and Rpf single and compound dosage were studied and the strengthening mechanism of PAC and Rpf on aerobic activated sludge system was discussed.Finally,the compound dosage of Rpf and PAC was applied in engineering.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.The optimum operating conditions of Rpf modified PACT process were determined:PAC selected 302 type charcoal,the dosage mode was 30mg/(L·d),and Rpf dosage mode was 6mg/(L·3d).2.In the SBR experiments,the biochemical treatment ability of the compound system was better than that of the single PAC or Rpf system.From the removal effect of COD and ammonia nitrogen,there is a synergistic effect between PAC and Rpf in the compound dosage system.From the point of view of SVI and MLSS,the sludge in the compound dosage system not only maintains a good sedimentation performance,but also maintains a high level of biomass.From the results of high throughput sequencing,the combination of PAC and Rpf can not only improve the diversity of microbial community in activated sludge,but also increase the abundance of microbial community compared with the single addition of PAC and Rpf.According to the distribution of microbial phylum,the abundances of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes could be maximized by compound dosage.From the distribution of microbial class,the reason why the biochemical treatment effect of compound dosage was stronger than that of single dosage might be the relative abundance of Bacteroidia and Lostridia.3.Compared with the single PAC dosage system,the compound dosage system can also remove unsaturated aliphatic group(-(C=C)2-),thioether(-S-0),aldehydes and nitro compounds in the effluent.Compared with the single Rpf dosage system,the compound system can also remove azo,aldehydes,ketones,bromides and some unsaturated conjugates.The synergistic effect of the two systems can also reduce thione,carboxyl and esters in the effluent.4.The compound dosage of Rpf and PAC was applied in engineering..The dosage strategy of the two agents was the same as the experiments.The water quality of the inlet and outlet of the aeration tank was monitored continuously for one month before and after dosing.The results showed that the average COD concentration in the effluent of one month after dosing was 36.10%,TN was 32.50%lower than before dosing,and TP was 25.93%lower than before dosing.This means that the COD removal capacity and nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of activated sludge in aerobic tank can be effectively improved by compound dosage of Rpf and PAC in engineering.The operation cost of the process is mainly the pharmaceutical cost of PAC and Rpf.The cost of per ton water of PAC is 0,234 yuan,and that of Rpf is 0.120 yuan,totaling 0.354 yuan. |
