The textile workshop production process is affected by a variety of environmental factors,with temperature and humidity having the greatest impact on production efficiency.Temperature and humidity affect the strength and moisture regain of textile materials,which in turn affect product quality.However,most textile enterprises are not very informatized and intelligent.At present,the monitoring of the workshop still remains at the level of fragmentation and passiveness.For example,the method of manually detecting temperature and humidity and controlling the temperature and humidity of the environment is still adopted.In recent years,the development of Internet of Things technology has promoted the innovation of industrial production and promoted the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing.Based on the emerging low-power long-distance Lo Ra wireless communication technology,this paper designs a textile workshop monitoring system to realize real-time monitoring of the temperature and humidity of the textile workshop environment,abnormal temperature and humidity alarm,yarn condition monitoring and alarm,production workpiece statistics counting and other functions.The monitoring system can be divided into four parts: monitoring node,repeater,Lo Ra gateway and host computer monitoring platform.The monitoring node acts as a terminal node to realize real-time detection of temperature and humidity data,yarn state data and workpiece count data,and alarms the abnormal state.Among them,the new digital temperature and humidity sensor is used to realize the temperature and humidity detection,and the infrared detection technology is used to realize the yarn state detection and production product counting.The star network topology is used to design the Lo Ra communication network to realize real-time upload of test data.According to the Lo Ra communication protocol,combined with the application requirements,the Lo Ra data frame format is designed.Based on the wide range of textile workshops,the design of repeaters can simultaneously perform uplink and downlink communication to improve network communication efficiency.The Lo Ra gateway receives the data uploaded by the Lo Ra network and transmits it to the host computer monitoring platform after data conversion.The upper computer monitoring platform visually displays various data,and has a data visualization function,which is displayed in various ways such as a chart,and has a function of remotely setting a node.Aiming at Lo Ra data collision problem,the recovery algorithm for de-synchronized Lo Ra collision data is proposed from Lo Ra coding mechanism to improve the throughput,delay and energy consumption of Lo Ra network.Through the experimental verification of system function and communication performance,the designed textile workshop monitoring system has high data acquisition accuracy,real-time alarm accuracy,efficient and reliable communication network,complete system function and strong scalability,and enhances the intelligent production of textile workshop.Levels provide a proven and effective solution.Figure [70] Table [13] Reference [51]...
