Because of the inherent characteristics of arsenic flotation gold concentrate cyaniding leaching,part of gold can not be leached.With the continuous decline of China' s resource reserves,gold in cyanide tailings has been regarded as the secondary resource.The recovery of gold from cyanide tailings has become a hot research topic of scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,gold in the cyanide residue of San He was studied.Process mineralogy and the recovery of gold by flotation were performed for gold in biological pre-oxidation cyanide leaching residue of arsenic bearing gold concentrate.Meanwhile,through the infrared spectrum,laser particle size analyzer,electron probe,X ray diffraction analysis to study the mechanism between flotation reagents and minerals.The concrete research context and results are as follows:The process mineralogy of cyanide tailings shows that the grade of gold is 2.5 lg/t and is mainly composed of sulfide(pyrite and arsenic pyrite),which accounts for 76.84%.Other minerals wrapped in gold accounted for 18.75%and gold is exposed to gold accounts for 4.41%.The main metallic minerals are pyrite,arsenopyrite,galena,chalcopyrite,followed by limonite,sphalerite and pyrrhotite is very small,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz and mica,followed by feldspar,calcite,carbon etc.;The grading analysis of cyanide tailings shows that-28?m accounts for 63.96%,and the level of granularity of gold content accounts for 75.61%The flotation test,flotation process test,flotation reagent type and dosage,single factor test and orthogonal test,open circuit test and closed circuit test were carried out to study the flotation recovery of gold from cyanide tailings on the basis of study on process mineralogy.The results shows that not grinding will acquir the flotation index;SO32-?Zn2+?K+?Cu2+?Fe2+can increase the grade and recovery rate of gold.After the conditions test was carried out,sulfuric acid acidified,copper sulfate was regarded as activator,Ding ammonium aerofloat and butyl xanthate were regarded as collector and the flotation process of one roughing,three times cleaning and two scavenging was confirmed.Finally,The gold grade of the gold concentrate reached 17.70g/t,and the recovery rate reached 67.18%.The mechanism analysis of interaction between sulphuric acid and minerals shows that sulfuric acid pre-treatment can effectively remove the influence of cyanide ions on flotation indexes.After the pyrite was activated by copper sulfate,the chemical adsorption of ding ammonium aerofloat on the surface of the pyrite was observed,which are hydrophobic,formed on the surface of pyrite and arsenopyrite due to the action of flotation reagent.The study on this process is of great significance not only to the recovery of gold from biological pre-oxidation cyanide leaching residue of arsenic bearing gold concentrate,but also to the recovery and utilization of tailings resources from other similar mines.
