Mineral resources are non-renewable and have a very important position in the national economic development process. With the continued exploration and use, the mineral resources which could be developed are dwindling.The annual emissions of gold and silver roasting-cyanide tail slag reach to 20 million tons in gold mines in our country. Some mineral ore have a low grade, but the valuable elements will be enriched after a cyanide leaching process, and most of the roasting-cyanide tail slag contain recoverable elements such as gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, sulfur, carbon and so on. It is very important to recover the tailings under the premise that resources are scarce, because it could not only achieve certain economic benefits, but also reduce the amount of tailings inventory and reduce the pressure on self-purification of ecological environment.On the basis of study of ore nature, a lot of tests and study have been completed for the recycling technology of valued metal like copper and zinc in the roasting-cyanide tail slag in a gold and silver mine. In this thesis, we probe into the process and regular of the affection of technology parameter of flotation to the recycling of copper and zinc contained in roasting-cyanide tail slag. We adopt the new drug QJ as the activator which could activate the mineral of copper sulfide contained in the roasting-cyanide tail slag and the butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as the collector of mineral of copper and zinc to execute copper zinc bulk flotation, and then obtain the copper zinc bulk concentrate through one rough concentration one scavenging. Sodium sulfide and zinc sulfate are adopted as zinc mineral inhibitor to inhibitor the zinc and float the copper. The copper sulfate is used for activating the copper flotation tailings. The butyl xanthate is adopted as collector and then zinc to be chosen through one rough concentration one scavenging. Through all the technological processes above-mentioned, a copper concentrate could be obtained which contains copper with grade 22.56% and zinc concentrate which contains zinc with grade 42.56%. The results showed that when divalent copper was in presence, QJ pharmacy could effectively eliminate the impact of CN-on minerals, and decomposed the mineral complex so that CN- could be oxidized and heavy metal ions could be restored.
