| At present,with the increase requirements of beauty and complexity in steel structure buildings,the complex welding joints connecting steperiod el members in the building have become much more complicated.While the traditional long-manual manufacture enjoys its big assembling error,then to achieve improve the assembly accuracy and production efficiency,an automatic positioning and assembly of the complex welding joint of steel structure is presented,and this paper researches the structural design and analysis of an automatic assembly machine for complex welding joint,the main work is as follows.First,based on the analysis of the characteristics of complex steel joints and the assembly process at home and abroad,the automatic positioning assembly machine design qualifications are gave out.Based on qualifications,the four structure plans are discussed,including the Cartesian circle coordinate type,spherical coordinate type and joint structure type.On the view of functions and cost,this paper determines the structure of Cartesian,continues to whole and detailed design from X-axis,Y axis Z axis to the rotation axis OX,OY,OZ.The virtual assembly and interference of the 3D model is detected.In order to verify the rationality of structural design,the key components are researched about static analysis and modal analysis,such as node rotation,Z-axis structure,welded frame,rotation module and the ribs block.The results show that the strength and stiffness of components are reasonable,and all the parts have a good dynamic performance under the natural frequencies and mode shapes corresponding frequency.Finally,the prototype device experiment is reconciled,and the joint data is record in the assembly process.It proves that the assembly machine with high accuracy is accord to the requirements.It will also play a role in promoting the development of building industrialization with the steel structure. |
