Research On Ecological Governance Mechanism Of Circular Industrial Park Based On Multivariate Co-treatment

With all kinds of industrial and living in recent decades the rapid growth of the solid waste garbage,local governments constructing industrial park to carry on the solid waste and recycling,but also accompanied by the occurrence of ecological pollution.The traditional circular industrial park management mechanism,which takes the single government management as the ecological management,has been unable to effectively solve such problems as weak corporate and public consciousness,low corporate social responsibility,serious secondary pollution caused by waste disposal,and frequent social group events.How to make effective use of resources,prevent and control secondary pollution caused by the circular industrial park,and build a set of new mechanism for ecological management of the circular industrial park is an urgent and arduous task we are facing at present.First of all,this paper makes clear the social value target of ecological pluralism and co-governance in circular industry.The five dimensions of ecological diversity are to be involved in the multi-dimensional,information-sharing,sharing of information,sharing of information and sharing,the way of governance,and incentive to be mutually beneficial.Secondly,the ecological governance of the eastern solid waste treatment center of Xiamen city is taken as the practical test object of the multi-ecological co-governance mechanism,and the applicability of the multi-ecological co-governance mechanism in the eastern solid waste treatment center is clarified under the premise of the eastern solid waste treatment center.The exploration and evaluation of the multi-ecological co-govemance of the eastern solid waste treatment center are conducted.Finally,in view of the reasons for the existing problems in the ecological multi-element co-governance of the eastern solid waste treatment center of Xiamen city,the author,in combination with the author’s investigation and acquisition of materials and work practices,puts forward a perfect path to realize the multi-element co-governance of the eastern solid waste treatment center,centering on how to mobilize the initiative of multi-element participation,eliminate the barrier of information communication,improve the open response regulation,attach importance to multi-party linkage and integrate the main interests,and integrate the main interests.On the basis of designing the scheme of multi-element co-governance mechanism for ecological management of Circular Industrial Park and testing and analyzing the ecological management of the solid waste treatment center in the east of Xiamen,this paper puts forward the perfect path of ecological multi-element Co-governance of the solid waste treatment center in the east of Xiamen,which will improve the government’s ecological management ability and develop the environment for the Circular Industrial Park in China.It will provide a new perspective and direction for speeding up the construction of socialist ecological civilization and promoting the optimization of ecological management mechanism of recycling industrial park.
