In steelmaking production,molten steel temperature is an important technical index of production.The premise and guarantee of the effective control of the molten steel temperature in the steel making process is to improve the quality of molten steel and the casting of constant casting speed.Only by fully mastering the characteristics of ladle and their influence on the temperature of molten steel,the temperature of molten steel can be controlled accurately,so as to improve the quality of molten steel and the quality stability of the final products.The main research contents are as follows:We according to the influencing factors of steel ladle field thermal state of the molten steel temperature drop,according to the temperature control of molten steel with the basic experience and the molten steel temperature fluctuation,established online ladle thermal state detection system,analyzes the ladle thermal state detection system in the feasibility and accuracy of production field.(1)Analysis of the number of a steel ladle,the waiting time and ladle furnace tapping temperature,molten steel temperature,molten steel temperature and distribution relation of temperature drop of molten steel.It is concluded that the temperature control is unreasonable due to the uncertainty of thermal state.(2)According to the thermal state of ladle,design thermal state detection scheme,through sensor selection and measurement of the original analysis,determine the design index of measurement system.(3)Through temperature acquisition,the measured data point distance and the corresponding angle value.Design of working layer thickness field and inner wall temperature field of ladle,after a preliminary validation of the site,achieve thickness accuracy<3%,temperature<1%,meet the design index.(4)Based on the actual ladle design of a steel plant.through the field measurement of layer thickness,the wall temperature distribution of ladle-molten steel temperature drop process simulation computation,compared with actual production data,the calculation result and the actual value error are within 5 centigrade.
