With the development of industry and science technology,electric furnace steelmaking has been unable to fit the production requirements,so refined bottom blowing argon technology is very important to the development.This paper is based on the research background of the outer refining system of the Third Steelmaking Plant of Ansteel.A blowing argon system model,to optimize the design of the system and also in ladle refining furnace bottom blowing argon control system of physics and computer simulation.In this paper,the study and analysis of the control strategy,based on the different stages of the end of the argon refining control system of different stages of the metallurgical purposes,the establishment of a control system model,to the computer simulation,to gain the argon control system.In this paper,we introduce background of the refining blowing argon control system,and the development status of bottom blowing argon technology inland and abroad,then introduce function of control system,and analyzes the related to the basic law of argon blowing and inclusion removal.After that the mathematical model of the bottom blowing argon control system is set up by analysis method and experimental method,and the physical simulation is carried out.In view of the existing defects of the argon blowing control system in the furnace,the optimization process of the multi objective optimization is introduced.Finally,based on the control strategy of the bottom blowing argon,on the basis of the parameters of the actual ladle furnace,the optimal process of this strategy is simulated,and the results are the best of the parameters of the 0 parameter auto tuning PID control mode.Not only can keep the original bottom blowing argon control characteristics,but also get better production efficiency.
