Under the background of accelerating the green and low-carbon development process,advancing the energy revolution and accelerating the development of natural gas industry at home and abroad,as an important part of natural gas products,LNG has become one of the fastest growing energy sources in the world.As an important node of LNG application,LNG plant will occupy an important position.The LNG storage tank is an important facility for the liquefied natural gas plant.The construction process is complex,the manufacturing process is harsh,and the input cost is significant.The precooling of LNG storage tanks is very important to the success of LNG plant before the LNG plant is put into production.Then,based on the analysis of the main factors influencing the precooling LNG storage tanks,from a security risk,economic cost,technical ability,preparation conditions,natural environment and time control six aspects: to construct the LNG storage tank precooling way of evaluation index system,and on this basis the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)for LNG storage tank precooling way is evaluated.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility and practicability of the index system and evaluation model,taking sinopec chongqing tonghui energy co.,LTD.,fuling liquefied natural gas(LNG)plant for the case of actual measurement,it is concluded that the LNG + liquid nitrogen precooling way as the conclusion of the best plan,the evaluation results and the correspondent energy co.,LTD.,sinopec fuling chongqing liquefied natural gas(LNG)plant adopts the way of precooling.
