Research On Evaluation Of Rural Toilet Reconstruction Effect Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Rural toilet renovation is an important part of rural revitalization.In recent years,rural to ilet renovation has been rapidly launched nationwide.However,with the continuous advance ment of rural toilet renovation,in the process of toilet renovation,a series of new problems wi ll emerge: how the transformation of rural toilets is carried out,and the modified toilets do not meet the requirements of the new rural construction goals.How do farmers' satisfaction with toilet renovation and how to use sanitary toilets? These aspects lack a complete evaluation sys tem to evaluate and propose targeted optimization and improvement.In this study,the effect of rural toilet renovation was taken as the evaluation target,and the effect of the treatment of manure in the rural toilets after the renovation of the toilet,the acceptability of the farmers,the green construction of the toilet,the maintenance and management of the toilet equipment,and the economic feasibility were adopted.Grasping the actual situation of rural toilets,constructing an evaluation index system in line with the actual situation of rural toilet renovation in China,and using the method of expert consultation and scoring to weight the indicators.Participating in the consultation,including government personnel in the management of toilet renovation,professors and scholars in relevant fields of universities,etc.,based on the field research and practical experience and scientific research experience,the impact factors are quantified,the cumulative scores are calculated,and the total scores among the factors are calculated.Contrast,form an expert's evaluation matrix for each influencing factor.14 questionnaires were distributed to 14 questionnaires;the questionnaires in the field of research were from the teachers of Shandong Agricultural University and China Agricultural University,and 7 questionnaires were distributed to the questionnaires.The questionnaires were collected according to the scale of the expert scoring method.Finally,the questionnaire was collected.The weight values of each indicator are calculated.Questionnaires from three groups of cadres,technicians and farmers in Hedong villages,and towns,technicians and farmers,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the effect of the toilet renovation in the village.The success and problems of the village toilet reform work were found.The problems existing in the renovation of toilets are proposed,and the promotion and applicability of the evaluation model of rural toilet reform based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is verified,which is of guiding significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of rural toilets in the future.
