With the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology,the machinery industry is developing towards the direction of large scale,high-speed heavy load and high precision.People have higher and higher requirements on the quality of mechanical products,and the precision of machine tools for processing mechanical products is also gradually increasing.Therefore,the development of hydrostatic guide is particularly important for precision processing industry.The load on the guide rail has an important influence on the oil film thickness and the stability of the oil film thickness directly determines the machining accuracy.This theme takes the hydrostatic oil film thickness control system as the research object,modeling and simulating the guide rail structure,oil chamber structure,oil supply system and oil film thickness control system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The simulation research of oil film thickness for DOB(Disturbance Observe)the Anti-interference control method,the design calculation of hydrostatic guideway size,established a three-dimensional model of guide rail,determines the guide way of oil supply,and hydraulic control AMESIM simulation are completed.(2)The hydrostatic guide flow field simulation model was established,and FLUENT was used for flow field analysis to obtain the distribution diagram of oil film pressure,velocity and temperature,and summarize the pressure distribution data.(3)Analyze the pressure distribution data,obtain the oil film pressure distribution rule of the static pressure guide,calculate the total acting force of the moving guide,and establish the mathematical model of the oil film thickness control system.(4)Mathematical control model was analyzed by using SIMULINK,and PID control was introduced for comparative analysis and research.(5)Introduce the theory of DOB Anti-interference control,improve the Anti-interference control algorithm,study the Anti-interference algorithm suitable for oil film thickness control,complete the programming of each module of the interference controller,create the anti-interference control module in SIMULINK,package each module,and complete the establishment of the DOB module system.(6)The assembly of guide rail test bed is completed.The control performance test shows that under the control of anti-interference,the stability of the system is improved,the change of oil film thickness tends to moderate,and the anti-interference ability of the oil film thickness control system of hydrostatic guide is greatly enhanced.The main innovation points of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)The oil pressure distribution rule of hydrostatic guide was studied.Flow field simulation software FLUENT was used to analyze the flow state between dynamic and static guide,and the oil pressure distribution rule between dynamic and static guide was obtained.Modern control theory and oil pressure control equation were used to deduce the oil film thickness system model of hydrostatic guide.(2)The Anti-interference algorithm was improved,and the Anti-interference algorithm adapted to the oil film thickness of hydrostatic guide was studied,and the DOB Anti-interference control program programming was completed.In order to verify the method in this paper,a static pressure guide rail test bed was built to complete the detection test of oil film thickness control.The results showed that the control performance was greatly improved after the introduction of Anti-interference algorithm adapted to the oil film control system.
