| The competition for the development of CNC platforms is intensifying due to the increasing requirements for manufacturing precision in machining parts and the obvious improvement in the efficiency of machine control.In order to take into account the overall complexity of the transmission chain of a direct drive machine,poor performance and high maintenance costs,we have presented the research and design of hydraulic motors instead of torque motors as transmission devices and the working tasks of rotary tables.Achieved by eliminating the hydraulic control system,designing the overall mechanical structure of the digital console,selecting and installing the hydraulic control system,and implementing control algorithms suitable for the motor rotor.Finally,the simulation results are checked.This document contains the following case studies:(1)This paper provides an overview of the history and importance of digital hydraulic transducer research,explains the classification of previous generation devices,and discusses the possibility of combining hydraulic control technology with digital consoles.This document describes the operating principles and external design of hydraulic shoes,and provides detailed design proposals for the internal and external design of hydraulic shoes.(2)Based on the mechanical structure of the central control panel,a model of the hydraulic control system is created,AMESim performs simulations,examines and analyzes the engine speed curve.(3)Calculate and design the main structural parameters of the annular hydrostatic controller to create a 3D model.With flexible software,you can share the model,determine specific parameters,extract and analyze the pressure distribution of the oil film on the rollers,and learn the rules for operating pressure distribution.(4)Introduce the general principle of hydraulic engine control system,simplify the final operating model of engine control system.Analyze the frequency responses of the function with MATLAB software.(5)Application of H∞ control theory in digital hydraulic chassis control system.The H∞ control methods applicable to numerical hydraulic change are taught by defining a control objective,defining control rules,constraining boundary conditions,and solving the Riccati equation.The results show that after the optimization of the H∞algorithm,the control quality of the digital console improved significantly.The main news in this article is:(1)General design of digital hydraulic control circuit and design of control system.In this article,which aims at the vertical mechanical structure of a vertical digital console,we proposed to replace the current square table with hydraulic control technology and to implement the control function of the whole system.(2)Investigate the pressure distribution of the oil film with the controller by simulating the flow field around the static pressure ring guide on the turntable.In this article,we investigated the rotating working environment of a transfer plane,the design and structure of a static pressure ring controller,and investigated the pressure distribution under normal working conditions using simulation software.(3)Consider a suitable angular motion control model for a rotating table and use the H∞ algorithm to optimize and eliminate errors.This paper compares and analyzes the results of the matched signal response analysis using several simulation experiments and finally demonstrates the optimal performance of the transfer function of the system optimized by the H∞ algorithm. |
