With the rapid development of industry and agriculture,a large amount of organic wastewater is produced.These organic wastewaters are harmful to the environment and people's health if they are not treated in time.Dye wastewater is a typical of organic wastewater.It has high discharge and is difficult to handle.Thus,its purification is widely concerned.Among its purification,the photo-Fenton technology,which can generate hydroxyl radicals,has received wide attention due to its simple operation and wide application range.Based on the source,characteristics and hazards of dye wastewater,the methylene blue solution was selected as industrial simulated wastewater.It was degraded by Ni-Fe based catalyst,and the degradation rate and COD value were used as the evaluation indexes for degrading methylene blue simulated wastewater,and the active substances in the reaction were captured.In addition,the reaction mechanism and path for degrading methylene blue have been proposed.The specific research contents are as follows:?1?NiFe2O4 magnetic hollow spheres were successfully prepared by solvothermal method.Methylene blue degradation experiments showed that in the conditions of initial pH=7.01,H2O2 addition amount 5 mM,H2C2O4 dosage 0.06 g L-1,NiFe2O4dosage 0.2 g L-1 and simulated sunlight,30 mg/L Methylene Blue solution 100 mL can achieve 98.5%degradation rate within 50 min.And its reaction mechanism and degradation path were also studied.?2?Ni-Fe-O-M?M=P,B,S?was prepared by solid phase grinding.In the degradation experiments,Ni-Fe-O-S shows better degradation effect.It showed that in the conditions of initial pH=7.01,H2O2 addition amount 5 mM,H2C2O4 dosage 0.06 g L-1,Ni-Fe-O-S dosage 0.2 g L-1 and simulated sunlight,30 mg/L Methylene Blue solution100 mL can achieve 98.9%degradation rate within 10 min.And the reaction mechanism and degradation path were also speculated.?3?NiFe2Sx?x=0.5,1,2,4,6?was prepared by solvothermal method.In the degradation experiments,NiFe2S4 shows better degradation effect.It showed that initial pH=7.01,H2O2 addition amount 5 mM,NiFe2S4 dosage 0.2 g L-1 and simulated sunlight,30 mg/L Methylene Blue solution 100 mL degradation rate reached 99.8%within 6 min.And its reaction mechanism is also discussed.
