| In the daily production process of processing enterprises,tools are essential tools,effective management and use of tools can significantly improve the production efficiency and quality of enterprises.At present,China’s tool management software can fulfill the business needs of tool management to a certain extent,but in the intelligent scheduling of tools,information integration and other aspects of the research needs to be improved;The tool pipe system generally lacks the ability to process the tool 3d model and engineering drawing,which affects the effective use and management of the tool.Based on the requirements of a large processing enterprise,this paper develops an intelligent tool management system with graphic processing functions.The main research work is as follows:(1)Investigate and understand the actual production status and tool management needs of the enterprise,develop and realize basic data,tool assembly,process module,parts warehousing,parts borrowing,function permission and other basic functions,and design the corresponding database.(2)Set up the technical framework of the tool management system.In the front part,EasyUI web page development and three.js web page graphics processing framework are integrated.In the back-end part,Spring,Spring MVC,Hibernate and other development frameworks are integrated.(3)The development of the graphic processing function of the tool management system.By applying WebGL graphics processing technology and the secondary development of 3d CAD software Creo,in the basic information module of parts,parametric modeling and dimension driving technology are adopted to realize the browsing and interactive processing of 3d models and 2d drawings of tools for the same model and different specifications of tool parts.In the tool assembly module,virtual assembly of tool parts is realized through automatic identification of assembly constraints,and intelligent matching and interference inspection of tool parts are further realized.(4)MES interface is used to obtain the data of machine tool,cutter and processing time corresponding to the working procedure.MATLAB was used to improve ant colony algorithm,tool scheduling model was developed and integrated into tool management system to shorten the overall workpiece completion time.In this paper,the cutting tool management system can effectively satisfy the business enterprise the actual application of the cutting tool,the 3 d model provides a tool in the tool management with parametric drive,virtual assembly,and image processing functions,improve the ability of cutting tool selection and configuration,perfect the management of parts and components of the cutting tool,work for tool configuration to lay a good foundation.In the aspect of intelligent management,it integrates the function of parts recommendation and optimization,planning tool scheduling,and improves the efficiency of parts selection and tool use. |
