| At present,the eutrophication in the coastal waters of Zhoushan is serious,the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in aquatic processing enterprises wastewater to the ocean are increasingly serious.The treatment of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in aquatic processing wastewater has been a difficult problem for a long time.Biochar,is widespread in nature,and the carbonization method is simple.Because of the unique multi-air combination of biochar,abundant surface functional groups,large specific surface area,strong adsorption.In this paper,the removal effect of bagasse and corn straw biochar on ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in water was studied by static adsorption.The factors affecting the removal of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus from biomass by biomass carbon were investigated by the changes of biomass carbon dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time,initial ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus concentration and solution p H.Analyzed of isothermal adsorption model and adsorption kinetics model fitting,study on the adsorption mechanism of removal of ammonia nitrogen and Total phosphorus from water by biochar.The experimental results show that the amount of biochar,reaction temperature,reaction time,initial ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus concentration,solution p H and other changes will have different effects on the adsorption of total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen.The results of isotherm equation fitting show that the adsorption of total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen by biomass carbon is more consistent with Langmuir isotherm,indicating that the adsorption of total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen by biomass carbon is mainly single molecule adsorption,and the 1/n of Freundlich equation is less than 0.5,It shows that the adsorption capacity is strong and it is easy to adsorb.The adsorption of total phosphorus by bagasse was 2.08 mg/g and ammonia nitrogen was 1.86mg/g.The adsorption of total phosphorus by corn straw was 2.46mg/g and ammonia nitrogen was 2.29mg/g.The adsorption effect of corn stover on total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen was better than that of bagasse,and the adsorption of total phosphorus was better than that of ammonia nitrogen.The fitting results of the kinetic equation show that the adsorption of the biomass carbon to the total phosphorus and the ammonia nitrogen is more in line with pesudo-second-order dynamic model.R2 is more than 0.99,It shows that the adsorption of the biomass carbon to the total phosphorus and the ammonia nitrogen is mainly carried out by the chemical adsorption,the physical adsorption is an auxiliary adsorption effect.The internal diffusion is not only controlled by a single factor,is a complex diffusion process controlled by a variety of actions. |
