Research On Automatic Detection System Of Oil Well Online Moisture Content

With the gradual increase of water content of crude oil in China at present,the original moisture content detection technology will no longer be suitable for the detection of high water cut crude oil.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various moisture content detection technologies,and finally selects the non-contact electromagnetic conductivity measurement principle to study and design an online intelligent crude oil moisture content detector suitable for oil wells.Based on the principle of electromagnetic conductivity measurement,this paper uses ANSYS Maxwell finite element simulation software to design and analyze the coil,distance and excitation of the sensor,and finally establishes the three-coil electromagnetic conductivity sensor model.On the basis of theoretical research,a non-contact oil well online moisture content detector based on electromagnetic conductivity measurement method is designed,including STM32 microcontroller module,electromagnetic conductivity sensor detection module,temperature control module,liquid level detection module,wireless communication.Module,motor drive module and power module.In the measurement system,the temperature control module is used to stabilize the temperature of the crude oil to be tested within a certain range,and the influence of temperature on the conductivity is eliminated.By detecting the crude oil level in the tube,it is possible to judge whether the measured crude oil content meets the measurement standard and can To some extent,it reflects the working conditions of the oil well;the motor stirring device is used to mix the measured crude oil uniformly and discharge the residual gas,thereby reducing the influence of the gas on the measurement.Through the experimental debugging of the sensor and hardware circuit of the system,the indoor experiment is carried out for different crude oil moisture content.The experimental data shows that the system can effectively measure the water content of crude oil and meet the design requirements of the oil well online moisture detection system.The foundation for intelligent development and management.
