| With the rapid growth of port scale and throughput, the rationality of the establishment and management of the existing anchorage under the past experience has become an important factor affecting the anchorage safety of ships. At present scholars to anchorage areas safety evaluation research mainly from the port of anchorage, traffic environment, natural environment environmental factors were analyzed, and the combination of expert scoring and qualitative and quantitative analysis of anchorage safety evaluation, the method for qualitative analysis, more need a lot of domain knowledge and expert subjective opinion,is not conducive to the migration of learning. With the mandatory installation of Automatic Identification System(AIS),a large number of ship AIS information is collected, which contains abundant ship operation status data. Therefore, based on the ship AIS data of Tianjin port, this paper proposes an evaluation model of collision risk degree of ships entering and exiting anchorage.Firstly, according to the anchorage location and characteristics of anchored ships in Tianjin port,a data screening program was written in the database SQL to screen out the AIS data of anchored ships and the AIS data of ships(nonanchored ships)surrounding the anchorage.Secondly, the Distance at the nearest point of approach(DCPA)and Time to the nearest point of approach(TCPA)between the anchored ship and surrounding ships are calculated. When the DCPA and TCPA meet certain conditions,it is believed that the two ships will encounter each other. Finally, the collision risk degree of ships in anchorage is used as the evaluation index. The higher the collision risk rate of ships in different anchorage is,the greater the collision risk degree of ships in and out of the anchorage is.Thus, the collision risk degree of ships in and out of Tianjin port can be calculated quantitatively. The evaluation model of collision risk degree of ships entering and exiting anchorage has the following two advantages: on the one hand, the data collection is convenient and reliable, and the model does not need expert evaluation and scoring,so as to avoid the influence of human factors, and the conclusion is more reliable. On the other hand, this method can be applied to evaluate the collision risk degree of anchorage in different ports, and it has better transferability and learnability. The degree of collision risk is calculated quantitatively through the model, and the law is analyzed.Combined with the anchorage planning principles and my captain’s practical experience for many years, two different solutions are proposed to reduce the collision risk of ships entering and entering the anchorage of Tianjin port. The solution can be used as a theoretical reference for the maritime management department of Tianjin port in the anchorage management and replanning. |
