Investigation And Research On The Ideological And Political Work Of Employees In State-owned Coal Enterprises

Ideological and political work is the lifeline for the development of state-owned coal enterprises.At present,state-owned coal enterprises are in the critical period of comprehensively deepening reform,and doing well in the ideological and political work of enterprises plays a crucial role in the transformation and development.Coal enterprises are faced with the important task of supply-side structural reform,strengthening ecological civilization construction and realizing green development.All of these require enterprise leaders and their cadres and workers to change their ideas and adapt to the new requirements of the development of coal enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the actual development of enterprises,pay attention to the practical needs of employees,and constantly keep strengthen and improve the work skills in doing ideological and political work of coal enterprises under the new situation.In this paper,Henan Yimei Group as an example,through the questionnaire survey and field visit survey method,this paper aims to research the current basic ideological situation of the group staff and their ideological problems in the work;and to investigate the current state of the group’s ideological and political work,and it’s effectiveness and limitations in the actual development of the group.Finally,according to the survey and according to the problems existing in the ideological and political work of the group,from strengthening enterprise party building,strengthening the troop of the ideological and political work,strengthen the targeted education content of the ideological and political work,and innovative methods of ideological and political work,these four aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work of state-owned coal enterprise.According to the current new changes faced by coal enterprises,this paper aims to enrich the education modes and contents of coal enterprise’s ideological and political work.On the one hand,it hopes to provide some help for the promotion of comprehensively deepening reform of Yimei Group;on the other hand,it hopes to provide some reference methods for other coal enterprises.
