Analysis Of The Ideological And Political Education Work In State-owned Coal Enterprises

State owned enterprises are the foundation of the state,an important pillar of socialism and with Chinese characteristics,and an important basis for the ruling of our party.At this stage,the state-owned coal enterprises face the increasingly complex environment,facing increasingly fierce competition.If the state-owned coal enterprise wants to be in an invincible position in the increasingly competitive domestic and international environment,it must strengthen its core competitiveness.In state-owned coal enterprises,the ideological and political work is the lifeline of the economic work,is an integral part of modern enterprise management,is an important content of the construction of spiritual civilization of the enterprise,is the fundamental guarantee for the enterprise to achieve the mission,is the essence of socialist enterprise requirements.Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council SASAC "about the new situation to strengthen and improve state-owned enterprise ideological and political work opinions" clearly pointed out;"to strengthen the ideological and political work of state-owned coal enterprises to improve under the new situation,to adhere to the master’s status of the working class,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of cadres and staff enthusiasm and creativity,for to promote the socialist core values and construction,has very important significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is also a nuclear".The ideological and political level of state-owned enterprise workers is directly related to the unity of enterprises,the efficiency of enterprises and the reform of enterprises.Taking the Xishan Coal Electricity Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi coking coal group as an example,the author analyzes the ideological and political education of the workers and staff members.This study from five aspects: the first part expounds the background and significance of the study,the existing research at home and abroad were reviewed,expounds the research ideas,methods and innovations;the second part: the overview of the state-owned enterprise ideological and political education work.The third part: the present situation of the ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises;the fourth part: the problems existing in the ideological and political education of state-owned coal enterprises.The fifth part: measures to improve the ideological and political education of state-owned coal enterprises.According to the survey results show that the present situation of the state-owned coal enterprise’s ideological and political education work better and achieved certain results,improve the quality of workers and staff of cadres,to promote the development of enterprises,but there are still aspects of institutional mechanisms and a series of problems,and not very good to play the role of Ideological and political education to promote the development of enterprises;in order to change this situation,from the state-owned coal enterprise managers to improve the ideological and political education of knowledge,rich state-owned enterprise workers ideological and political education of the basic content,innovation of state-owned coal enterprise workers of Ideological and political education methods,improve the overall quality of the employees of state-owned enterprises and other aspects of improvement.
