General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the ecological environment of the Yangtze River is still grim5 and stressed that it is necessary to consider a green development path to protect the ecological environment in the long run.Improving industrial green production efficiency is an important way to promote the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Therefore,based on the panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2016,this paper analyzes the industrial economic development status and industrial pollution problems of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Secondly,it uses the Super-SBM model.This paper analyzes the industrial green production efficiency and regional differences of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from a static perspective.Then,using the MalmquistProductivity Index to study the industrial green production efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from a dynamic perspective,and decompose it into a technical efficiency change index and a technological progress index,and then investigate the industry.The driving mechanism behind the change of green production efficiency;Finally,the improved gray slope correlation model is used to investigate the influencing factors of industrial green production efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The status quo of industrial economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has the following characteristics:First,the industrial economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is on the rise,but the growth rate is gradually slowing down;Second,the regional differences in industrial economic development are obvious,and the downstream industrial areas The total production value far exceeds the midstream and upstream areas,showing the distribution pattern of downstream>midstream>upstream;from the perspective of industrial pollution,with the acceleration of industrial production,industrial wastewater discharge and industrial solid waste production are increasing,industrial Although the discharge of wastewater has decreased but the base is still large,it indicates that the industrial production of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has developed and brought pollution problems.(2)In the static efficiency of industrial green production,during the research period,the industrial green production of the Yangtze River Economic Belt The efficiency is 0.8,which can improve the space.The industrial green production efficiency of the three major regions is obviously different.The downstream is much higher than the other two regions,followed by the upstream,the lowest efficiency in the middle reaches,and the overall "concave" trend,and regional industrial transfer.The current situation is consistent.From the perspective of development trends,the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a whole and the three regional industrial greens The production efficiency has been effectively improved,and the overall performance is an upward trend.(3)The Malmquist index of industrial green production in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is 1.084,that is,the industrial green production efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has increased,with an average annual growth rate of 8.4%;from the decomposition of the Malmquist Index In view of the fact,the improvement of industrial green production efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a whole and in the three major regions is mainly driven by technological progress.Although technical efficiency has promoted the improvement of industrial green production efficiency,the driving effect is not significant;(4)Economic development level The improvement of the technology level and the improvement of the urbanization level have promoted the industrial green production efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The industrial structure,environmental regulation,energy consumption structure,and foreign capital utilization level are negatively correlated with the industrial green production efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Finally,based on the above research,the paper proposes policies and recommendations to improve the industrial green production efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Figure 12 table 12 reference 71...
