Ultra-fine powder materials,known as the origin of modern high-tech,have been widely used in the entire industrial sector and high-tech fields.From the current domestic and international literature,it is almost impossible to achieve the required particle size requirements by pulverization at one time,and it is necessary to separate the products that meet the requirements by grading.Turbine air classifiers are one of the most critical equipment in the powder preparation industry,enabling powder particle size distribution to meet the requirements of the product.As the third-generation dynamic classifier,the turbo-type air classifier is the most widely used and most advanced powder classifying device in the world.It has the characteristics of high classification accuracy and good classification performance.At home and abroad,there have been a large number of experimental exploration and analysis of the internal flow field and the cage structure of the turbine air classifier,and the classification performance has been greatly improved.Through simulation calculation and measurement research,this paper optimizes the process parameters such as the rotating speed and air intake,which has important guiding significance for actual production.This study is of great significance for understanding the particle motion law of the internal flow field of the classifier and applying it to the classifier to improve the classification performance.In the petroleum field,the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources have a large demand for drilling fluids and completion fluids,and the drilling fluids and completion fluids added with ultrafine iron ore powders have a more significant effect,so mass production The manufacture of iron ore powders that meet specific requirements has become an important part of the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources.At present,there is no research on the classification accuracy and classification efficiency from the perspective of the physical properties of the graded materials.In view of this,this paper proposes the basis of the physical properties of iron ore powder,considering the different process parameters,numerical simulation and material experiment to analyze the influence of the physical properties of ferrogang ore powder on the classification performance of turbine flow.
